Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets (construction, commercial buildings, manufacturing, industrial, oil & gas).
- Promote and specify LIFECO’s product range of firefighting equipment and services, including fire extinguishers, suppression systems, fire alarms, and sprinklers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, consultants, and government authorities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
- Network and collaborate with firefighting consultants and client representatives to secure business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to propose tailored fire safety solutions, including during the design stage.
- Generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, NFPA standards, local fire codes, and competitor activities.
- Represent LIFECO at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Purchase Coordinator – Dubai, UAE
The Purchase Coordinator is responsible for handling the procurement of materials, equipment, and services related to fire protection, fire alarm, and safety systems. This role ensures that sourcing is done efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with project timelines, technical specifications, and local regulatory standards.
Reports To: Procurement Manager / Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process material requisitions as approved by the head of the department.
- Source and evaluate vendors and suppliers for firefighting, fire protection, fire alarm, and other related materials.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery terms.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery, dispatch tracking, and follow-up on any delays or shortages.
- Ensure all materials and equipment meet regulatory standards, including UAE Civil Defense, NFPA, or other applicable regulations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless material flow and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of POs, supplier contracts, delivery schedules, and pricing history.
- Support the vendor registration and evaluation process, including maintaining approved vendor lists.
- Assist with resolving discrepancies in deliveries, quality issues, or payment concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

QA/QC Coordinator – Dubai, UAE
The QA/QC Coordinator ensures that all fire protection and fire-fighting products manufactured (such as fire extinguishers, hydrants, valves, sprinklers, hose reels, and suppression systems) meet international standards, UAE Civil Defence requirements, and company quality policies. The role involves monitoring production processes, coordinating inspections, and ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality manuals in compliance with ISO 9001, NFPA, UL/FM, LPCB, EN, and UAE Civil Defence requirements.
- Inspect raw materials, castings, forgings, pipes, valves, and coatings to ensure compliance with applicable standards and verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs), heat numbers, and traceability.
- Coordinate with production, sales, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective/preventive actions.
- Support and coordinate with third-party inspectors, certification bodies, and Civil Defence for product testing, approvals, and audits.
- Keep, update, and maintain all product documentation, including drawings, specifications, test certificates, and approvals for new and updated products.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and measuring devices.
- Investigate quality issues through root cause analysis and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
- Report quality-related issues in purchased materials and follow up with suppliers until rectification.
- Ensure all manufactured products are properly labelled, documented, and traceable.
- Inspect and evaluate returned products from clients and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Train and guide factory staff on QA/QC standards, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
- Assist in internal and external audits (ISO, UL/FM, Civil Defence), ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
- Support in achieving and maintaining company certifications and product approvals.
Job Specification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in the fire protection/firefighting industry.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, UL, FM, LPCB, EN, ASTM standards.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and related auditing requirements.
- Experience in product documentation control (drawings, specifications, and approvals).
- Excellent skills in inspection reporting, documentation, and customer complaint handling.
- Certification in QA/QC, ISO, or related quality systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments (engineering, production, procurement, and sales).
