Sales Engineer

Job Title: Sales Engineer in Firefighting Industry
Location/Market: LATAM Region

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the LATAM Region.
Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities and generating leads.
Presenting and demonstrating our products and solutions to customers and prospects.
Providing technical support and guidance to customers and prospects.
Negotiating and closing sales contracts and agreements.
Collaborating with the sales, marketing, engineering, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting on sales activities and performance to the management.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably, or equivalent
Experience of 3 - 5 years in sales and marketing in the firefighting industry.
Knowledgeable of NFPA codes, UL, and EN Standards.
Fluent in Spanish and English languages, written and spoken.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of our products and solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel frequently within Latin American Countries.
A customer-oriented and result-driven mindset.
Plan and implement marketing programs/plans and campaigns.
Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or service chances, surveying customer needs, and tracking competitors.
